For SMA warriors, everyday is a milestone.
“Everyday is a milestone”, is about Roche saluting the indomitable spirit of SMA warriors.
“Everyday is a milestone” campaign is our humble attempt to shine light upon real life patient stories and commemorate the development milestones they achieve everyday. These small yet significant milestones are worth celebrating as they bring a ray of hope into the lives of SMA patients and their families. Through this campaign, we aim to get such patient voices heard to those stakeholders who matter the most, be it policy makers, medical practitioners or the media.
Life for children living with SMA is not easy. Everyday is a new challenge for them and everyday they fight SMA fearlessly to achieve a new milestone in their lives. For other children, kicking a football or climbing a step or holding their own glass of water may not be a big achievement, but for children with SMA, these little milestones keep them motivated to lead a life as near to normal as possible.
